Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Please note that once the product has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns Policy
We accept product returns under certain conditions. You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your product. To be eligible for a return:

Please do not return the product to the manufacturer directly. We will only charge you once for shipping costs (including returns), and no restocking fee will be applied for the return of any product.
Refunds Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via email to confirm that we have received the returned item. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or other payment methods) within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Afterward, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
